The year 2013 marks the International Year of Statistics. To celebrate this and 120 years of women’s suffrage in New Zealand, Statistics NZ has partnered with the Ministry of Women’s Affairs to create an infographic representing women’s achievements in New Zealand over the past 120 years. The infographic shows a representation of trends in employment, education and childbearing for the years 1893, 1953 and 2013.
